An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. bingo166 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive Accounts with a positive Balance, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. The Balance will not be reduced below zero.
Note for Filipino Players: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your bingo166 Account within seconds. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to three (3) business hours during banking days. bingo166 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is communicated. bingo166 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.
All Wagers placed on bingo166 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. bingo166 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error that results in an incorrect game outcome, odds display, or payout calculation, bingo166 reserves the right to void the affected Wagers and return the staked amounts to the Players' Accounts. bingo166 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
bingo166 monitors all betting activity for signs of match-fixing, collusion, or other forms of cheating. Where suspicious activity is identified, bingo166 reserves the right to void affected Wagers, suspend the relevant Account, and report the activity to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
